then ytd i got super chi dun and moved very very slowly

cos tt constant throbbing in my head will accelerate (wth?!?!) if i make those big big actions, which include walking at normal speed, opening my mouth to TALK and turning my head=.=(which doesn't seem like big actions). then very cham la.
my feet were freezing. then my head very hot. XD
